Emblematic of the city, the small red cabin of the cable car allows you to access the top of Mount Faron, the hill overlooking Toulon. There is no other cable car on the Mediterranean coast. In a few minutes, you can enjoy a unique panorama of the city, the hills of the hinterland, the harbor, up to the Golden Islands (Porquerolles, Le Levant, Port-Cros). How to activate and use your Toulon City Pass?
The Toulon City Pass is valid for 24 hours from the date of its first activation at one of the included service providers. You must present your Toulon City Pass at each included service provider to access the activity. Please note! Most sites are open until November 2022: contact the Tourist Office on 04 94 18 53 00 if you wish to use your Toulon City Pass after October. To benefit from the offers proposed by Toulon’s retailers, you must present your Toulon City Pass booklet. These offers are all valid once, until 31st December 2022.
Do I have to make a reservation with the provider to do an activity?
The services included in the Toulon City Pass are accessible without reservation.
Are guided tours included in the Toulon City Pass?
Guided tours are not included in the Toulon City Pass. You can buy them in addition at the Tourist Office counter, by telephone in Distance Selling, or on our online ticketing service.
Can the Toulon City Pass be combined with other discounts ?
No, the Toulon City Pass allows you to benefit from rates negotiated by us and cannot be combined with other discounts.
Is the Toulon City Pass nominative ?
Yes, the Toulon City Pass is nominative.
Can I take advantage of the same offer several times with the Toulon City Pass?
No, you can only access each site included in the Toulon City Pass once. Similarly, you can only take advantage once of each offer proposed by the shopkeepers included in the Toulon City Pass.
Is there a Toulon City Pass for children?
Yes, there is a Toulon City Pass for 4-10 year olds.
In case of loss or theft, can I get another Toulon City Pass ?
No, the Toulon City Pass cannot be refunded, exchanged, or replaced. The Tourist Office cannot be held responsible in the event of a service provider’s malfunction (strike, exceptional closure, weather, etc.). Toulon City Passes cannot be exchanged or refunded, except on presentation of a medical certificate by the Toulon City Pass holder, and only in the case of an unused Toulon City Pass. In application of article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you do not have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a Toulon City Pass.
