Making the Most of the Toulon Cable Car

Although Mont Faron rises to a height of 584 metres, it remains part of the City of Toulon and the cable car departure terminal is easy to reach by any means.

  • By car : indications to the cable car departure terminal are provided from both East and West of the city (follow the “Toulon Nord – Faron” signs). Visitors benefit from free, on-site parking.
  • By bus : the Réseau Mistral n° 40 bus drops you off just a few metres from the terminal (“Téléphérique” bus stop).
  • On foot : the walk from Place de la Liberté (city centre) takes about 40 minutes and crosses the Parc des Lices. There is a steady, uphill climb to the terminal.

Disabled facilities : picto-handicap-moteur
