Baron Perché is above all the story of two partners native of Toulon who share the same passion for the pleasures of the table. Géraldine Cona takes great care of the clientele while chef Olivier Baudino refines his menu of the day.
The mythical Cours Lafayette and its open-air vegetable garden provide him with seasonal products that are well placed on the plate. The Mediterranean and Italy are also invited to feast. Authenticity and generosity are always on the menu. Among the classics of this beautiful house: octopus daube, cuttlefish with peas and grilled bacon or the famous gnocchi with truffle.
